The time of Lent is upon us. This annual pilgrimage invites us to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. Throughout these days, we are called to pray more fervently, fast from sin and be generous in charity; all this because of the cross. Therefore the prism of Lent directs us to take up our crosses: to live out these days with a firm commitment that through the cross we have new hope, new life with Christ. Let us make the most of these days. Let us look to Christ’s cross recognizing the grace it brings to us. Included in this mailing is a prayer card, a reflection book and an invitation. The prayer card unites us as a parish to this holy season. The reflection book draws deeper into our life with Christ. The invitation is join us with the many offerings in our parish to make this Lent a time of continuous conversion.
All events are held in the Church at 7pm.
