A SPECIAL INVITATION!
St. Julie Billiart Parish would like to extend a special invitation for all grandparents and their grandchildren to attend Mass together on the weekend of July 24/25. In addition, we want to honor the voice of our wise, elderly parishioners, who are also invited to come to Mass that weekend with a young family member or neighbor. It doesn’t matter which of you invites the other to attend – please come! We will offer a special blessing as well as a prayer card for you!

One of the Summer Youth Camps, sponsored by the Archdiocese of Chicago, will be held on-site at St. Julie Billiart Parish the week of July 18 – 23, 2021. The name Totus Tuus is Latin for “all yours.” Following is a brief explanation of the purpose of the Totus Tuus Summer Youth Camps:
“The Totus Tuus program aims to inspire young people to long for holiness, develop a deep desire for conversion and personally renew their faith with a stronger prayer life. Through evangelization and catechesis, Totus Tuus seeks to foster openness to the sacrifices and blessings of the various Christian vocations.
The program began in 1987 as a vacation bible school program in the Diocese of Wichita, Kansas. In 2007, Totus Tuus of Chicago launched its pilot program with two teams serving 10 parishes in the Archdiocese of Chicago and the Diocese of Joliet. The program continues to expand, now serving over 24 parishes in the Archdiocese of Chicago.”
