Parish Pastoral Council
The Pastoral Council includes the Pastor, two delegates discerned from each board, a representative of the Finance Council, and two members at large appointed by the pastor. The PPC is a consultative body for the pastor and is responsible for pastoral planning and coordination of the activities of the various Boards. A standing committee of the PPC is responsible for ministry recruitment and leadership training.
The Pastoral Staff
Day to day operation of the parish is the function of the Staff and the responsibility of the Pastor.
Parish Ministry Boards
The parish ministries are available to support the needs of the members and the community. Participation in these ministries
by the membership is encouraged in the spirit of Christian Stewardship.

Each of the five boards is made up of a staff member and one or more delegates discerned from each of the ministries.
In addition to their ministerial training, Board members are required to have Leadership training. Terms are 2-3 years, renewable for a second term.
Each Board is responsible for providing resources for their ministries and coordinating their activities.
Ministerial budgets are reviewed and compiled into a Board budget and referred to the Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) and Finance Council for approval.
The Finance Council
The Finance Council members are appointed by the Pastor.
They are people knowledgeable in business and finance. They advise the Pastor in financial matters.
