The Community Life Board of St. Julie parish is a vibrant and dynamic group of men and women. Since the founding of the parish in 1974, individuals have come forward to offer their time and talents to meet the needs of the parish. Their spirit and fun have been the cornerstone for organizing many of the parish’s social activities, activities that reflect how people think of St. Julie: “the large parish with down home people.” I have been continually awed, amazed and grateful for the generosity of these people. They come together, to plan, to work, to laugh and to pray and as a result build lasting friendships and a deeper love for the parish. The following are some of the organizations that have developed over the years.

St Julie Billiart Community Life Board gathers parishioners of all ages and lifestyles to promote Christian fellowship through numerous activities/events in large and small settings to

• Reach out to the newest members to offer welcome and hospitality

• Provide various avenues to communicate information on activities/news/events impacting parish life

• Establish a connection with the parish beyond the Sunday Mass

in order that evangelization — the Good News of Jesus Christ is realized.
