PASS (pregnancy care centers) is
a non-for-profit organization that provides free and confidential
pregnancy tests but PASS also provides much more.
During
pregnancies
During pregnancies PASS offers childbirth education
classes, free maternity clothes, medical referrals, referrals for housing,
financial assistance, adoption services, counseling for birth fathers and
grandparents.
After
pregnancies
After pregnancies, PASS offers free baby clothes
and supplies, parenting classes with child CPR training, pediatrician
referrals, continued counseling and library/video resources.
Impact
Abstinence Education Program
PASS also reaches out to teens to prevent teen pregnancy through the Impact
Abstinence Education Program, available free of charge to all schools
and youth organizations. This interactive program has impacted thousands
of teens every school year for the past 10 years. These abstinence
classes, seminars and workshops provide health statistics, dating tips and
self-esteem builders.
Hope
& Healing Program
PASS also restores the hearts, minds and emotions of women and men
after abortion. Their Hope & Healing Program is a 12-week
peer-support group for those who have experienced the trauma of abortions
and abuse related issues.
