Our Catholic Church

We live and worship at the parish level of our church but the Body of Christ, our membership, the Church, is much larger than that.

The links on this page will take us beyond ourselves, providing links to our larger self. These links provide news and resources for further study.

The Vatican
The home of our Pope, the Bishop of Rome.

The Archdiocese of Chicago
This is our diocese, the home of our Archbishop who is responsible for our group of parishes.  An Archdiocese, due to its large population is divided into several Vicariates, each with its own Vicar (Bishop) who reports to the Archbishop. The Vicariates are further divided administratively into sections labeled alphabetically.
